Welcome to our school, where we are dedicated to providing an excellent education for every child in every classroom, everyday. We create an inspiring environment filled with opportunities to learn, grow and discover their potential.
Lift Richmond Park is a wonderful place to learn and teach and we celebrate our best ever GCSE outcomes as we begin the 2025/26 academic year. The school is traditional in our approach to discipline and uniform, yet forward-thinking and at the cutting edge of curriculum development.
It is important that the students at the school behave yet also feel safe to express themselves as individuals. The school aims to develop the whole child. We have a real focus on progress and attainment, yet ensure students develop their cultural awareness as part of our extensive personal development programme. We aim to offer even more trips this year as well as expand on our already extensive extra curricular offer.
School is about so much more than academic learning and we hope this message is evident as you explore our website. Teaching and learning is at the heart of our practice and our open door policy and offer to let parents observe a ‘real’ working day is a clear sign of the pride we have in our school.

We work hard to be an outstanding sixth form with a strong Oxbridge legacy and the first choice in our local community. The Lift Richmond Park Sixth Form is known for its curriculum offer, its range of creative and enriching activities, its inspirational teaching and the highly personable ethos we create. Our students develop skills for life and a love of learning. They will leave Lift Richmond Park as remarkable young citizens, well prepared for higher education or the world of work.
Our trust is made up of 57 primary, secondary and special schools, educating more than 33,000 pupils across the country – from Middlesbrough in the north to Devon in the west, Essex in the east and the Isle of Wight in the south. The majority of our schools are rated ‘good’ or ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted.
